About Me
Working internationally over the last twenty years - in research, management and education – I’ve gained a reputation for leading people and projects to exceed all expectations.
Driven by an interest in people and a concern for nature, my career has followed a unique path: from my post-doctoral work in landscape ecology (Keele University; Queen’s University Belfast); to managing large-scale nature conservation programmes (Scottish Wildlife Trust; Kent County Council); more strategic roles in business development and consultancy (Acting Director for Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust); and fourteen years in teaching (leading formal and informal learning programmes).
